Home to wineries and cideries and meandering country roads through rolling farmland down to the ocean, Cobble Hill is a peaceful, rural community located only one hour north of Victoria. 


Cobble Hill is an agricultural area with small to large acreages where residents take advantage of the Mediterranean climate belt and grow everything from hay to fig trees.

Parks & Recreation Near Cobble Hill

Cobble Hill Mountain Regional Recreation Area
Located on approximately 1,000 acres of Crown land, this park is a popular destination for hiking, horseback riding and mountain biking. The trails lead through a variety of forest ecosystems with several viewpoints that collectively offer a 360-degree view of the surrounding area.

 

Manley Creek Park
Manley Creek Park is located near Cherry Point Beach on the east side of Cobble Hill. Trails through this park lead to the beach with numerous bridge crossings over Manley Creek offering several picnic areas and ocean views.


Quarry Nature Park

Located in the heart of Cobble Hill Village, this park is the site of an old lime quarry with walking trails, a small quarry pond and access to Cobble Hill Mountain. There is parking for vehicles and horse trailers, a washroom, bike wash, bicycle skills park and an off-leash dog park.
