Maegan and Loralee initially worked with us long distance when we began to look at houses in BC from our location in the UK. They sent links to many houses which we visited online, and they made trips to check out some of the houses we were most interested in, and give us virtual tours if we asked for them. After we arrived on Vancouver Island, they suggested houses and arranged viewings, always being cognisant of our special requirements, including the need to accommodate a big grand piano in a separate space for my music teaching practice. They answered questions about the real estate process in BC, and also provided pages of detailed information about whatever houses we liked. They eventually guided us through the emotionally challenging adventure of a competitive multiple-bid purchase for the house we had set our hearts on, and their good advice resulted in the seller accepting ours over other close offers . It was a long journey of ups and downs, disappointments and hard work, but Loralee and Megaen made it fun! They were always upbeat, always working hard for us, and I feel they were sincerely concerned that we would end up in "the" house, the one that was right for us and could be called our forever home. And we did! Very grateful to you both for time and effort, and for your real interest in finding a house that we would love. And for making the whole journey exciting and fun!
