Maegan and Loralee initially worked with us long distance when we began to look at houses in BC from our location in the UK. They sent links to many houses which we visited online, and they made trips to check out some of the houses we were most interested in, and give us virtual tours if we asked for them. After we arrived on Vancouver Island, they suggested houses and arranged viewings, always being cognisant of our special requirements, including the need to accommodate a big grand piano in a separate space for my music teaching practice. They answered questions about the real estate process in BC, and also provided pages of detailed information about whatever houses we liked. They eventually guided us through the emotionally challenging adventure of a competitive multiple-bid purchase for the house we had set our hearts on, and their good advice resulted in the seller accepting ours over other close offers .
